# Is trading on Iotabee safe?

**Security is the highest priority of Iotabee.**

Strict security measures are taken throughout the whole development, deployment and support phase of Iotabee internally and externally .

In addition, in Iotabee cross-chain swap (available now on [iotabee.com](https://iotabee.com/)), liquidity providers’ assets are custodied into one or several wallets managed by Iotabee. These wallet addresses will be public to ensure the full transparency of the assets. You may refer to our [About liquidity provider (LP)](https://faqs.iotabee.com/about-liquidity-provider-lp) page for more information.

In Iotabee DEX (coming with Shimmer EVM), asset custody will no longer be necessary. Smart contract will be used and audited.
